Our mission is to prepare the next generation of creative professionals by connecting public school students to the knowledge, tools, mentorship, and real-world experiences needed to thrive in the creative economy.

Through hands-on programming, CTAE partnerships, industry mentorship, and experiential learning, we expose students to careers in video production, film, photography, live events, media, and content creation while helping them develop the technical, creative, and professional skills to turn their talents into meaningful career opportunities.

We envision a future where every student has access to the tools, mentorship, and real-world experiences necessary to explore their creativity and build a career in the creative economy—regardless of their zip code or socioeconomic background.
